How it works

Four steps from worry to a plan

  1. 1

Step 1: Free consultation (15 minutes)

You tell us what you are seeing in your child, or in yourself. We tell you whether an evaluation makes sense, which one, and what it will cost. No obligation.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Intake (45–60 minutes)

A video interview with you and, for children and teens, a separate conversation with them. You complete secure online questionnaires and upload prior reports, report cards, IEPs, or medical records.

  3. 3

Step 3: Testing online (1.5–3.5 hours total)

You or your child complete standardized tests through a secure, publisher-approved remote platform from a quiet room at home. Sessions are scheduled around school or work and never last longer than the person can sustain. Teachers, or for adults a family member or partner, receive brief rating forms by secure link.

  4. 4

    Step 4: Results and recommendations

Within 10 business days you receive the written report and a one-page parent summary. We meet for 30–45 minutes to walk through what the results mean and exactly what to do next at school or work, at home, and, if needed, in treatment.

What you need at home

A laptop or desktop computer with a webcam (a tablet is acceptable for some tests), reliable internet, a quiet room with a table, and, for children, a parent available at the start of each session. We will send a short setup guide and test your connection before the first session.

Start with a free 15-minute call. We will tell you honestly whether testing is the right next step.
